I have to say this is another brilliant japanese architect, Hiroshi Nakamura, 34 yrs old, works with Kengo Kuma for 6 yrs then starts his own firm.
Before designing this house, the architect measured every tree at the site, he consulted with the tree experts on things like how to protect the roots of the tree, how to leave just enough space for trees to grow. A 3D model was built after according to the information collected.
Now this house is rented to americans who worked in Japan for 60,000 to 320,000 japanese dollars a month.
