Upto35 design competition_Solid Objectives

Another finalist from the competition upto35 is a firm called Solid Objectives. Their idea of this student housing project is to place the main building facade not facing the street but perpendicular to the street and divide half the site for building the other half for greenery. Overall, it consisted of a party wall and a garden.
The section above alone shows the concept well. The panel also shows how 2 or more lots could be laid out in an urban setting. Possibilities opens with a small simple move.
